This course, Insight to Impact: Cultural Competence in Healthcare, provides health and allied health professionals with the knowledge and skills to interact with diverse patient populations respectfully and effectively. Through interactive scenarios, case studies, and best practices, participants will learn to recognize cultural biases, enhance communication strategies, and apply inclusive healthcare approaches. By improving cultural competence, healthcare providers can enhance patient satisfaction, reduce health disparities, and foster a more inclusive healthcare environment.
Course Objective:

All persons who hold certain professional licenses issued by the Division of Professional Regulation and are subject to continuing education requirements must complete cultural competency training provided by existing Division approved continue education providers.
